CreateOS delivered a full-stack website for CORPRESC Legal built on a modern architecture, responsive across mobile and desktop, structured across all core pages including our service pillars, team, and contact flows. Alongside this, they deployed an AI-powered WhatsApp intake assistant embedded on the site that handles client inquiries, collects relevant context, and routes conversations to our team automatically. 
They also managed the full domain migration and DNS configuration with no downtime. The entire engagement, from kickoff to go-live, was completed within four weeks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We moved towards a stronger digital presence and a fully live, indexed website with an automated client intake system within a month. Inbound inquiries now come in through a structured WhatsApp flow. We receive qualified leads with their name, contact, and query context already captured, which has meaningfully reduced our intake overhead. The site is live and actively driving consultation bookings.

The AI intake system they built wasn't a generic chatbot. It was configured to reflect how a legal practice actually qualifies client inquiries. That level of domain awareness is not common in development engagements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CreateOS could have done differently?

More detailed handover documentation post-delivery would be helpful for reference. As the platform grows, having structured internal docs for each component would make it easier to manage independently.
