Crazy Bastard Sauce was created from a passion for chilis. As a life-long chili fan, Jonathan O'Reilly wanted a sauce that isn't just hot, but has the real charactaristic flavour and heat of the chilis at it's core. Every chili fan has a favourite pepper type, from Habanero to Ghost Pepper and up to the dreaded Carolina Reaper, and each pepper has a different flavour, heat and identity. The seven Crazy Bastard Sauces each use a different type of chili, which is paired with ingredients that are specially selected to compliment the flavour of the chili.
