Craftware Technologies is a Microsoft Partner in Sugar Land, Texas, founded in 2019. Our two core services are custom software development and Microsoft Dynamics 365. We work remotely with clients across the U.S., during U.S. business hours.

Custom software development: we build web applications, internal tools and offline-ready iOS and Android apps, on Azure and .NET with React, Angular or TypeScript front ends. It is for businesses whose work no longer fits spreadsheets, off-the-shelf software or Power Apps.

Microsoft Dynamics 365: we implement and customize Dynamics 365 and Business Central, extend them with Power Platform, and connect them to the other systems you run, so nobody re-keys the same data twice.

Alongside both, we build AI agents and copilots that work with your business data, and we manage Azure (AWS on request) and SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.

Every build has a fixed price you approve before work starts, and we don't bill by the hour. Our published starting prices are $5,000 for a one-way integration between two systems, $15,000 for a one-workflow mobile app pilot and $30,000 for a full field app. Custom software and AI projects start with one to two weeks of fixed-fee scoping, which ends in a fixed price for the build, delivered in phases.

You work directly with a senior engineer, and the engineer in your scoping meeting is the one who builds your software. At handover you get the source code and documentation, and we train your team. The software runs in your own Azure subscription and belongs to you. Monthly support is optional.

We have delivered more than 100 projects, and our team brings more than 20 years of combined experience. We also publish our own Dynamics 365 apps on Microsoft AppSource: Job Margin 365 for Field Service, Deal Desk 365 for Sales, Fleet Service 365, and the AwarePCF controls.
