Our Story

CR Marketing Agency was born after years building internal marketing departments for industrial firms from the ground up. In multiple roles, those companies achieved consistent 10%+ year-over-year growth and were ultimately acquired. Each time, the lesson was clear: growth doesn’t come from “flashy” marketing; it comes from a rock-solid digital foundation. We saw too many agencies over-promising and under-delivering on technical knowledge. So, we decided to offer something better.

We typically work with clients via online meetings (teams, zoom, google meetings, etc) or in-person when it works out. We have done everything from working completely on our own and handing over finished product with little oversight to working directly with the clients existing teams and everything in-between. Our goal is to become an asset to your existing processes, not re-invent the wheel, so we tend to adapt our approach based on what is easiest for the client.

We're mostly focused on digital marketing right now. Our bread and butter is getting the marketing foundation of a company fixed up. We've found that once the foundation is consistent and repeatable, you can really start pouring in fuel and scaling. If the foundation isn't quiet right, it won't matter how much money you spend on new sales staff and advertising ideas, it won't be nearly as effective.

Once a project quote is approved our onboarding process usually consists of a teams/zoom meeting making introductions, getting some base information about current processes, hurdles and goals. From there we usually put together a list of items that we need access to depending on the project, that may be the website, ad accounts, CRM, internal assets, images, etc. While the client is working on getting us access, we usually put together a project roadmap, identifying the rough timeline/outline for the project and expectations. Once, both sides are ready, we have our official kick-off meeting. The client provides access information, we review the project roadmap with them and once approved we get to work executing.

This varies widely based on the customers goals and type of project. Our main measure internally though, is customer satisfaction. If the customer doesn't feel like we've held up our end of the bargain, that's unacceptable and we will work to make sure we over deliver.

We keep open lines of communication, if there is a problem each customer has the owners direct email. Our typical communication / reporting schedule is usually setup during our project quotes and all depends on what the client needs. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-annual reports, as well as video call meetings, depending on client needs and project type.
