Already using ChatGPT or Copilot? I can start there. Private hosting is an option when your requirements justify it. I can build an assistant that answers from your documents and shows the source page. Your team checks the answer.
Before paid work, I agree the scope and price in writing, what information the tool may use and where a person checks it. I document the build and walk your team through it.
