We needed help with our marketing strategy, collateral design, social media management, and content creation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cosmos Dimensions Agency manages our social media platforms. They create content and designs that have significantly increased our non-followers reach with direct calls to action. The team works on a strategy rather than just designing and publishing.

Cosmos Dimensions Agency knows the tone and target audience well. They can do B2C and B2B marketing across platforms with the same content and idea but different targeting, phrasing, and CTAs. The team has marketed the app for users to download and use and for clinics to join.

We have a count-based deal where they keep ideas and publish on our social media platforms continuously. They publish a post every two days on all platforms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cosmos Dimensions Agency's work has increased awareness about our project. People have stopped asking about what and how to use our app. Additionally, we've had fewer issues with customer support. Users are making fewer mistakes in the app, with 90% fewer bookings by mistake.

How did Cosmos Dimensions Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We had some payment challenges because I was in the UAE, and they were in the US. However, Cosmos Dimensions Agency was collaborative and solved the problem with Stripe. They didn't charge us more and took on Stripe's high international fees.

We started by communicating through emails, and now we can communicate directly through WhatsApp, which is easy and fast. They also answer emails the same day.

Cosmos Dimensions Agency works with us as if we are family, not just a client. There's no bureaucracy, and they find solutions quickly and want us to be happy.
