Papers provides extra educational support to students outside of a traditional classroom setting. This can include one-on-one tutoring, small group sessions, and online tutoring. Tutors may specialize in specific subjects, such as math or English, or offer general academic support. The goal of a tutoring company is to help students improve their understanding and performance in a particular subject, prepare for standardized tests, or develop study skills. As the marketing manager for Papers, my role would involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the tutoring services offered by the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire COSMIC FILMS, and what were your goals?

Hired to create video ads for the tutoring company Papers. The video ads created by Cosmic Films will be used to promote the tutoring services offered by Papers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Found them on Google Search and the deciding factors were down to the quality of their work, their ability to meet the specific needs of the project, and their level of expertise in the industry.

The video ads involved several stages, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Pre-production: This stage includes planning and preparation, such as developing a script, creating a storyboard, scouting locations, casting actors and crew, and finalizing the budget. Production: This stage includes the actual filming of the video. It includes setting up equipment, lighting, and sound, rehearsing and filming scenes, and capturing all necessary footage. Post-production: This stage includes editing the footage, adding special effects and music, color correction, and finalizing the video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with most of the team at Cosmic Films. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They listened to my goals and provided valuable insights on how to best achieve them through the video

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They also went above and beyond to find the perfect location for the shoot. On the day of the shoot, the team was punctual and well-prepared. They were able to capture the footage we needed while being flexible to adapt to any last-minute changes. The post-production phase was just a success. They took the raw footage and turned it into a polished, professional-looking video that exceeded my expectations. They also made sure to incorporate all the elements I requested, such as music, subtitles, and graphics.

They listened to my goals and provided valuable insights on how to best achieve them through the video. It was either through video chat or email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of expertise and attention to detail is unmatched.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can improve in terms of promoting their own work and services to attract new clients and projects. It was not easy to find them when looking for the best company to hire but when I did. I did not regret it.

I worked with Stiven Agoubi. He was amazing to work with! His knowledge and experience with video production and as a director really made it easy to be able to help get our vision into video.
