F2F visits/woorkshops, Microsoft Team, WhatsApp, Anything else that works for the client.

We start with a few workshops where we listen to client's problems, clients ambitions, clients wishes and from there we start with ideations/planning phase, which most often ends up in a Proof of Concept, a Minimum Viable Product and then it lands to Production, after that the Maintenance mode starts, and it is either done by us, or we instruct someone on the client's side.

Long term projects related to data analytics. Building from scratch the analytics ecosystem or plug something in the existing system.

We use Azure DevOps for work planning. Also, every 2 weeks we have a sprint planning and sprint ending where we invite the client to present latest changes and also ask for priorities(if any) otherwise we move on with regular development. Depending on the project size, we meet regularly with the client (around 2-3 months) and review the roadmap (inspect and adapt).
