As a new set up company and with little knowledge on IT stuff, Corsiva lab has done a great job on helping my company, from their service to even the minute things, such as their willingness to answer our questions (no matter the time) and their readiness to help us with even the most minute of questions.

The sincerity, friendly and the commitment that Nigel (sales) project to us.

Started with a few meetings with Nigel and his colleague Joanna, their professionalism attitude and experience make our meeting so fulfilling. After every meeting, things move faster with their expert advice. They will give precise advice with many options and example.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Corsiva assigned Joanna (IT consultant) to work with us, which I think it’s an appropriate move as it will be confused and lost if we have to communicate with a few consultants.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

During the making, we have few hiccups which we aren’t sure about the next move but with the solutions thet Joanna provides we can quickly make a decisions fast. We have good feedback from customers saying that the website is nicely and professional done up.

Joanna has constantly updates us on the development with every stages she is doing. She sticks on the dateline that we have agreed on and without any problems and most importantly it’s what we expect on our web.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The commitment, the expertise advice, sincerity of staff, observe strictly on the dateline. Most importantly they are contactable even after office hour to discuss any questions (Extra miles given by them).

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improve creativity design on logos.
