After the audit, the work became a full modernization project. Their team refactored key legacy modules, cleaned up the integration layer, improved the deployment pipeline, and helped remove the cost leaks they had identified. Corsac Technologies looked at the architecture, the infrastructure costs, and the operating model together. They found a major budget leak quickly and then had the technical depth to fix it through modernization. That combination of business thinking and practical engineering stood out to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Corsac Technologies could have done differently?

The engagement was professional and delivered the savings we needed, so there is not much I would change. One suggestion would be to offer this kind of cost-optimization audit as a clear standalone service from the start. The audit created a lot of value before the modernization work even began, and I think many growing companies would benefit from that as a separate entry point.

In addition, the updated architecture and security improvements contributed to meeting HIPAA compliance requirements, which was an important milestone for the platform. This significantly strengthened the system’s readiness for handling sensitive healthcare data.
