Our business is TWPP, a book publishing company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2021, and we finished with this book in October 2021. We may continue the partnership in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The deliverable was very high-quality. They had a subsidiary company, which is possibly one of the biggest printing companies in the world. Overall, they were professional and good at what they did.

We called each other. They were always responsive and helpful.

They were able to print good-quality books at half the price everybody else offers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Corporate Graphics Commercial knows how this works, so I don’t think I’m in the position to give them advice. They’re an industrial power.

When you deal with this high volume of things, you have to look at everything beforehand.
