An enterprise AIOps and network observability platform. It uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and knowledge graphs to ingest telemetry, correlate multi-domain network and cloud data, and automate incident root-cause analysis for IT and engineering teams

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Conversion of exsiting rootful container architecture to an openshift complaint build. Rootless containers, updated build env, and testing on established openshift clusters were the key deliverable for this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to deliver a build on time to our end customer that met the container requirements of their platform enabling Selector to pursue new otherwise unattainable ARR. The process put in place by Coriolis and Selector allowed for the continue delivery of the new rootless architecture on a recurring basis enabling the support of the newly delivered solution as well. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team worked natively with the Selector team where the Selector team worked, Slack. Prompt and timely on meetings and took charge of their portion of the deliverables. The project involved many teams at Selector and consistantly Coriolis was able to work with them independently. Quickly the Coriolis org became "just another team"; which when put like that, does not sound like praise but when executed feels amazing. JIRA execution was timely and notes were made inline with expectations, git flow was adopted immediatetly and used.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Coriolis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was able to bring very knowledgeable and mature workers promptly. Their main contact for Selector was nothing short of a "rock star". The whole organization at Coriolis was prompt on delivering and established strong requirement documentation with strong research and deliverable documentation. The details in the docs spoke to the indepth knowldge the team has about what it actually takes to deliver DevOps at this level and how to go about doing so. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Coriolis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

I can say that not a single interaction I had with Coriolis left me saying "I wish they had done this better". Techincal challenges are complex so we had plenty of techincal conversations and some disagreements about execution, this is expected, when you engage a company for opinions and delivery, you expect them to have those. The org as a whole understood some of the challenges that we face as a business, such as having to follow onboarding procedures and following network rules etc and never fussed.
