COREWEST is a Perth IT and cyber security team for offices of about 5 to 50 people: accountants, law firms, clinics, engineers, builders, NDIS providers and other professional practices across Perth and regional WA.
We start with security, because that is where small offices lose the most. We put sign-in protection on every staff account, stop criminals from easily sending email that looks like it came from you, keep laptops patched and protected, and make sure backups are kept separate and actually restored in a test.
From there we look after the everyday side: email, shared files and staff accounts, new starters and leavers, device setup, monitoring, and support when someone gets stuck. Owners get a short monthly summary in plain English. If you already have an in-house IT person, we can work alongside them.
We also help businesses answer cyber insurance questionnaires honestly and fix the gaps those questions uncover.
