Who We Are
Core Sentinel is a Sydney-based penetration testing company serving organisations across Australia and, for remote engagements, worldwide. We do one thing and we do it at a senior level: we find the security flaws in your applications, infrastructure and people before a real attacker does — then we hand you a prioritised, evidence-backed plan to fix them, and we come back to prove the fixes hold.

Our tagline says it plainly: **let us hack you before they do.**

What makes us different is not a bigger team, a flashier platform or a longer client list. It is a deliberate structural choice: every Core Sentinel engagement is delivered by a senior, OSCE/OSCP-certified penetration tester. There is no junior bench, no graduate programme learning on your systems, and no automated scan dressed up as a penetration test. When you engage Core Sentinel, the person quoting your work, testing your systems, writing your report and walking your engineers through remediation is the same senior specialist — backed by more than twenty years of experience and more than thirty professional certifications.

Why Senior-Only Testing Matters
Most of the penetration testing market is built on leverage: a senior consultant scopes the work and signs the report, while the testing itself is delivered by junior staff working through checklists, supported heavily by automated scanners. The result is a familiar disappointment — a long PDF of scanner findings, a scattering of false positives, and the uneasy feeling that nobody actually *thought* about your systems the way an attacker would.
