Our Sales team was feeling the strain of rapid growth. With new and seasoned reps struggling with inconsistent approaches and some negative customer feedback, we needed a smart solution that would level up our training and consistency.

Working entirely within our secure environment, CopilotHQ designed a chatbot solution that transcribes and analyzes every call, giving each agent tailored improvement tips generated by a LLM trained on our own data. Now, every agent gets actionable feedback on how to refine their conversations, tackle tough questions, and resolve customer issues in line with our standards.

On top of that, they implemented AI models to track both individual and team performance over time. With Power BI dashboards, we now have clear, real-time insights into how our team is progressing. This AI solution has become a virtual team lead, coaching our reps, ensuring consistency, and enabling us to deliver a better customer experience across the board.
