Vidyaxcel is a leading educational consultant in Kolkata, and it has been providing quality education services since 2007. We provide direct admission through management quota in various courses like engineering, MBA, MBBS, BCA, BBA, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Conversion Ocean?

We needed Conversion Ocean to generate leads for our company.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to generate as much as the lead we can. But our budget was tight. Our target locations were India, Bangladesh, Nepal. Our second goal was to get our account more organized. After years of us inexperienced users working through Google Ads, it was difficult to see any type of order to the account.

I requested proposals from three agencies. The reason Conversion Ocean won was that I loved their approach. I loved how straightforward it was. It was great that they could speak clearly at a high level and a deeper expert level depending on the audience.

Our expectation for Conversion Ocean was the following:

• Restructure our accounts to be organized and clear

• Optimize campaigns to their fullest potential
• Closely monitor our campaigns to ensure that we stay on track with our goals

What was the team composition?

Srijit Das was assigned to our account. He is the primary member who developed a strategy for our business, doing presentations and team meetings. But the founders were also involved and they really helped us to generate more leads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As mentioned, our main goal was to use our marketing budget more efficiently. Conversion Ocean completed this goal by determining where our budget was being wasted on low-performing ads, adding negative keywords to remove unwanted traffic to our ads, and removing underperforming products from campaigns. After our expenses were reduced, they reinvested the funds to increase spending in areas that showed potential. Other than the typical tactics of increasing budgets on campaigns that were doing well, they got creative with how to further expand. This included working with our website developers to code a profit margin calculator into the backend of our site so Google Ads could use individual product profit as a variable. This led to ROA increasing 18% and earned profit increasing 62%.

What we found most impressive about Conversion Ocean was their interest in the overall wellbeing of our company, beyond advertising. They even helped us to execute business goals.
