We are a small business specialising in home renovations. We want to start advertising in other areas. To achieve this, we wanted to be able to track our future spending. Neal and his team were recommended as the first step to understanding how our customer interacted with us online. This helps us and our web agency to make key decisions to ensure our marketing spend is not wasted. It has also helped me to make some website modifications on my own and to start my own Google ads campaigns, Neal's team explain everything in a clear way, leaving me able to make ask the right questions and to make the right decisions online - without guessing. Worth it? 100%

Our website speed has increased from 29% to 65%, which offer customer a far better experience. Web tracking is in place, which monitors activity. We have identified Google business page as the main driver of new online business, so we are looking to improve this area before any others
