I’m the owner of Royal 32. We focus on metal roofing and construction. I also own several other businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Contractor360?

My website was outdated, so I needed someone to improve upon it and create new content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Contractor360 completely revamped my website. The site is finished, and the team is now creating content to help the site’s SEO. 

They also manage geo-targeted ads and produce promotional videos as needed. Contractor360 typically shoots the videos on-site.

Outside of this project, I’ve also asked Contractor360 to create websites for my other businesses.

How did you come to work with Contractor360?

Contractor360 was a local agency that had previously worked in the roofing industry, so I decided to meet with them. 

Cameron’s personality and professionalism really made me feel confident in them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2021 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m thrilled with Contractor360 — they’ve truly knocked it out of the park. The entire team is incredible, and I’m confident that I’ll never have to look for another agency again. 

How did Contractor360 perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent. In terms of communication, they do a great job. I’m always in contact with the Contractor360 team through text, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m not a very creative person, so they’ve had to take over the project entirely, and it’s been a great experience. Contractor360 can handle anything I throw at them.

Furthermore, the value for money they provide is fantastic. Their services are honestly underpriced for the skillset they bring.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really can’t think of anything they could do better — I love the Contractor360 team.
