My company is an e-commerce company. We deal with different countries around the globe. I'm in charge of writing contents for my company

We wanted to create a sales funnel to gain visibility. The company is still new and I'm also a new writer, so my boss suggested that we hire a content writer so I can learn in case of next time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we searched through the internet. After interviewing them, we proceeded to discuss about the payment before closing the deal

After closing the deal, they helped us create a sales funnel. The funnel was created strategically. They started by running ads on Facebook and LinkedIn that will lead our target audience to a landing page. So from there, they were led to our website. On our website, we provided a space for these audiences to provide their emails. The email aimed to retain those that might not be willing to buy from us at the moment. The result of this funnel was a game. My boss was really happy.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Just three resources. One of them was in charge of the social media captions, then another provided SEO content for our website. The last person was in charge of the email list

My company now makes 3times their former income. Hiring them was the best thing that ever happened to my company. I was also able to gain experience. It was really nice working with them

The workflow was cool. We didnt have any issue through out the project, They are always online and ready to listen to instruction

I love their teamwork. They already know what to do.

honestly, to me they are perfect, no flaws at all

We interacted with the project head only and he used to share the information with the content writer’s team.

I am getting good traffic on my website

Their content writing team leader connected with my team to understand our services, target audience, etc. They shared the list of keywords that are related to our business, got them approved and then wrote SEO friendly content for the website. Once the content was ready, they shared it with us for checking.We suggested some changes and only after 1 correction the content was published on the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were open to my ideas and available 24*7 for discussion.

None in my opinion.
