Content Beta has delivered social media ads, both still image and video. They have provided concepts for some of the designs and worked from our concepts for others. They have created a video case study for us, working with our client to provide interview hardware, and editing the final product. They have created demo videos for us, providing a storyboard and the final product. They have created imagery for our catalog site to help highlight the value props of our product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The ads they created for us have the highest CTR of all ads in our TikTok account and the lowest cost per result in Facebook advertising. Our client was thrilled with the finished case study. Our teammates love the noticeable improvement in the aesthetics of our content.

Content Beta does an excellent job providing estimated times for completion and delivering the projects within or before that time period is over. We have a bi-weekly meeting with them that is also instrumental in helping us plan. During that time they have consistently offered suggestions for us that have helped move our graphic design function forward.

I am the Product Marketing Manager for a SaaS company that is focusing on collaboration and project management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Content beta, and what were your goals?

Our project management software is easy to use and has a flat learning curve. To make it even easier for new users to find their way around the tool and get started, we wanted to create tutorial videos that explain the basic functionalities of our software in an educating yet entertaining way. We hired ContentBeta to help us create these videos and localize them to different languages.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Unfortunately, I cannot say much about this as I only joined the project after ContentBeta was hired.

Our tutorial series contains 5 videos, each explaining a different area of our tool. We wrote the initial English script and passed it to ContentBeta who then provided us with storyboards, AI narration proposals and drafts. The revision and editing process was super easy as we could exchange comments and files in Many Requests, the platform we primarily use to stay in touch with ContentBeta. Once the English videos were finished, ContentBeta helped us to localize the videos. We again broke down the process into script validation, storyboard creation, AI narration up until the final video creation.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked closely with Abhi and Rishabh to pass feedback and action items between ContentBeta and our own translators. As every video was tracked as an individual project on Many Requests it was easy to keep track of next steps as Many Requests indicates whether we or ContentBeta needed to work on the next action items.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to publish our new Tutorial Videos on YouTube in 4 languages so far. This is a great help for our customer-facing teams who now can share these videos with clients and prospects and don't need to train new users in personal sessions. This is especially useful for our Customer Success Team who can now replace basic training sessions with small groups with the tutorial videos and can focus on more advanced topics in their training sessions with new clients.

The process was super easy for me to manage. As mentioned above, we used Many Requests as our primary communication platform. All items that needed direct feedback (script, narration, storyboards, video drafts) were provided in G Suite or on Vimeo, so our team could leave comments and editing requests in the right places.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide fantastic and easy communication, fast turnaround times, and great results at an affordable price tag.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a few starting difficulties getting all stakeholders from both parties aligned (though it was mainly on us) but once we agreed on a process, the entire project went very smoothly so far. Otherwise, there is nothing I can highlight!

Project suffered delays because of necessary adjustments from our side, and from the voicover quality.

They gave us a few actors to choose from. We supplied the background music that matches our brand. They put the whole video together with editing and we approved it.
