I am the CEO of an it services company

Our company is an IT company. We specialize in complex projects for the development of central banking and payment systems, providing IT solutions to the financial sector and industry. Additionally, we offer software solutions for banks and IT tools tailored for manufacturing companies.

• Contelia undertook a project for us, focusing on refreshing and modernizing our website. Subsequently, we entrusted them with our communication needs, including the creation of a specialized blog. The agency manages our blog, prepares newsletters for clients, and develops thematic e-books.

We sought a creative supplier whose marketing approach aligned with our values. Over our six-month collaboration, we collaboratively developed a new website, produced case studies, launched a blog, and established a business presence on the Clutch portal. In August, our company debuted on the TOP Polish Developers 2020 list.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Contelia has been instrumental in defining our business and progressively broadening our operational horizons. Beyond banking, we extended our support to manufacturing companies. Their work significantly bolstered our reputation as a reliable and professional IT service provider. 

Thanks to their efforts, we achieved high visibility for phrases related to the new ISO 20022 standard. In 2023, following a campaign on LinkedIn and SEO positioning of our e-book, we gained 150 quality leads: from Poland and several foreign markets. These are the recipients of our newsletter, which has an Open Rate of more than 40% and a reactivity of more than 35%.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate the team’s adeptness at summarizing and organizing our discussion points. When engaging in business conversations, I heavily rely on their ability to synthesize information. Collaborating with them is truly invigorating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Contelia could have done differently?

There is very little they could improve. My only suggestion for the inexperienced is to document as much as possible before brainstorming. Validating your project requirements will be much easier with thoughts already articulated.
