Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner for a Qawah Cafe N Eats, a Catering Service provider that is proudly serving the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge area. Our mission is to provide high-quality food for all those that crave healthy yet flavorful food. Scroll down to learn more about us.

We hired Conquer to run our Facebook and Tik Tok Ads.

How did you select Conquer Media?

Conquer had strong case studies for running Tik Tok Ads. They showed us proven metrics that made the most sense to our business model.

After our initial meeting, the team created a project brief with expected KPIs, the budget, timeline, and the scope of work (such as creating videos, taking pictures of the cafe, interviewing our staff, creating ad copy and content). After each piece of content was created, they allowed us to review it and give them a final green light before posting.

The ads were geared towards bringing in traffic to our cafe in the area. As we were fairly new in the city, their marketing team was able to capture local audiences in the area and direct them to our cafe.

What was the team composition?

I worked with the Marketing Lead very closely, as well as the content creator. We were fairly hands-off through the process.

We could have implemented stack for ease of communication.
