Available in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese, Vistoo is designed to provide a simple, modern, and user-friendly experience for anyone searching for a new home.

Conexo managed the end-to-end recruitment process for three offshore positions at Vistoo: two Sales Development Representatives and one Marketing Specialist. The scope of work included defining the candidate profiles, sourcing qualified talent, conducting initial interviews and assessments, and presenting a shortlist of candidates aligned with our requirements. Conexo also coordinated the interview process, supported us throughout the final selection, and helped facilitate a smooth transition toward hiring and onboarding.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The two SDRs are currently generating between $150,000 and $200,000 in annual revenue each. As they continue developing their expertise and knowledge of our industry, we forecast that each SDR could generate approximately $300,000 per year by next year.

The Marketing Specialist has also taken over most of the CEO’s day-to-day marketing responsibilities, allowing him to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives and the overall growth of the company.

We ran into a few internet issues with one of the employees at the beginning, but Conexo handled it quickly and had everything sorted out within a couple of days.
