Conectia PRO is an AI-native engineering partner headquartered in Barcelona. We build senior engineering teams for startups and scale-ups that need production-grade capacity without the cost and delay of local hiring. The difference is who does the vetting. Every Conectia engineer is validated by active CTOs — people who run production systems today — across five pillars: architecture, code quality, communication, product thinking, and AI proficiency. 3% of candidates make it through. The result is a bench of senior engineers (7+ years average experience) who are AI-ready from day one: they work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI-assisted development as standard practice. What we offer: • Staff augmentation — senior engineers integrated into your workflow, shortlist in 72 hours. • Managed PRO Squads — dedicated, CTO-led teams that own delivery end to end. • CTO-as-a-Service — technical leadership for non-technical founders, from architecture to hiring. • AI services — strategy, chatbots and agents, automation, and legacy modernization.
Our engineers work across 14 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with working-hours overlap for US and EU teams. Clients typically save 26–71% versus equivalent local hires, on one invoice, with compliance, payroll, and EOR handled. 96% client satisfaction at 90 days. If you need senior engineering capacity that ships — without spending a quarter recruiting it — talk to a CTO at conectia.pro.
Conectia is responsible for the development of a blockchain solution. The team has set up all the specs and written all the code based on the client's white paper and roadmap. They maintain the website as well.
Conectia has been keeping up with the roadmap and frozen the specifications at version 2.0. The team has set up the chain foundation and added the machinery of trust. Conectia has solid capacity to keep their commitments and always deliver on time and well beyond expectations.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder of MintID, a permissionless proof-of-stake blockchain for reusable, privacy-preserving, KYC-backed identity credentials for AI agents.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Conectia to accomplish for your business?
We needed help building the codebase and conducting audits for our blockchain identity solution so we could focus on the white paper and theoretical/architectural parts of the solution.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Conectia has helped us set up all the specs and write all the code based on the white paper and roadmap I wrote. The team has also handled the creation of the team and all the project management in Jira from the very first line of code until the deployment of the testnet. Conectia is currently the sole software development provider for MintID.Moreover, the team has deployed the testnet and is now handling all development until production. Conectia has also served as a first testnet deployer and verifier and helped with CTO consultations to align market sentiment and fine-tune the solution's scope.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with 2–5 teammates from Conectia.
How did you come to work with Conectia?
Conectia was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had domain expertise.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Conectia in June 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've set up a roadmap that we've been keeping up with from the very beginning. We've also been publishing everything on a website, which Conectia maintains while they develop the solution. Moreover, we've frozen the specifications at version 2.0. The three normative specifications and the full requirement set are written and locked, so every line of code that follows has a fixed target. After the economic-viability audit, the entire corpus was revised and re-frozen as v2.0 in a single coordinated release — 11 docents, six architecture decision records, every change traceable to a ratified decision. In addition, the team has set up the chain foundation, including consensus, the native token, the base modules, and the chain state. The first thing that runs is a real blockchain, not a demo. The chain builds, runs, and finalizes deterministically. Moreover, the team has added the machinery of trust, including the accepted-issuer registry, the compliance council, slashable issuer bonds, and the on-chain status-root heartbeat. The bond-gated activation, 30-second heartbeats with fail-closed freshness — observed live on a devnet — the hard-capped declining emission, and slashed-funds handling with only two exits by construction are merged and tested. External audit gates remain before any public network.Currently, the team is working on verifiers and online verification. The team has registered accepted verifiers and shipped the verification core — the part that checks a 10-second proof against the chain's latest finalized state. The exact-origin verifier registry, cryptographically proven chain reads (no trusted RPC), durable single-use nonces, and the nine-condition acceptance pipeline are merged and adversarially tested. The anonymous-credential proof core they plug into is the next phase.
How did Conectia perform from a project management standpoint?
Conectia has solid capacity to keep their commitments and always deliver on time and well beyond expectations. The team has outstanding project management. They're very professional and well-documented. Conectia set a delivery manager from the very beginning to be part of the team so I could only devote time to the white paper and architecture.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I'm impressed that Conectia has managed to build an outstanding team ready to work only one week after we signed the contract and paid the first retainer.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I've been developing software for hire for over two decades, and I'm honestly not considering hiring people anymore while I can have Conectia as my tech partner.
