I’m the Senior Marketing Manager of KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd. We design and manufacture high-quality kitchen appliances, including stand mixers, blenders, and food processors, known for their reliability, performance, and colourful designs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with The Concierge Agency?

We needed help developing strong media and communication relationships to ensure we were top of mind for not only key opinion leaders but also in the hearts and minds of our Australian consumers. We also needed help bringing our brand to life in key brand activations, campaigns, and events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Concierge Agency provided PR media relations, event management, new product launch, and creative campaign development. The team has helped us launch all our major new product developments (NPD) over the last five years, including our global first Alemaïs x KitchenAid design collaboration. The team has also helped us with PR strategy, campaign creative development, and managing events for media, influencers, and consumers.

The Concierge Agency always delivers on time. The team is known to hustle and ensure they never miss a deadline. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
