I’m the former CEO of Qube LLC, a software development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with CONCERN DIALOG Law Firm?

We had our product and received an offer to sell a company, so we needed legal help.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired CONCERN DIALOG Law Firm to help us with smooth contract negotiation. They presented to us all the risks that we might not have seen. It was a competition protection committee of Armenia where a team member went on our behalf to the meetings and presented our interest there.

What is the team composition?

I worked with three people throughout the project.

How did you come to work with CONCERN DIALOG Law Firm?

I knew their senior partner for over ten years; he’s a top-level lawyer. We’re a small country, and we know who the best top three companies are — they are one of them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February-May 2020. I just opened a new company, and I am using them again.

They did excellently; they’re very knowledgeable and showed us all the possible risks.

Project management was great; they were very time conscious, and there weren’t any missed deadlines. We were in contact 3–4 times a week.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they were perfect, and I recommend them 100%.
