Calls came in while the team was with clients or busy with deadlines, so some went to voicemail and some enquiries were lost. Booking a meeting often took several messages back and forth, and call details had to be typed into our CRM by hand.

Lurto built an AI voice agent that answers our calls, understands what the caller needs, and books appointments straight into our calendar. It is connected to our CRM, so each call and booking is logged against the right contact without anyone retyping it. Anything it cannot handle is passed to the team.

Calls are answered every time, including outside office hours, and callers can book a slot during the call itself. The team spends less time on the phone and on admin, and nothing gets lost between the call and the CRM
