Our Story
Compass & Ledger was founded by Tom McCollum, an ACA-qualified CFO who trained in corporate finance at KPMG and then spent years on the buyside working on deals from £10m to £250m. We kept seeing founders stuck between a bookkeeper and a full-time CFO they couldn't yet justify. So we built a senior team that sits across the table, explains what the numbers actually mean, and builds the models, materials and systems that get raises and acquisitions done.
