There were none. The company consistently failed to either send out the requested movers or the ones that did show appeared to be homeless people.

How big of a scam it is.Didn't find out till the end this is nothing but a middleman who makes money collecting your information then 'selling' these jobs to 'independent contractors' who have no license, insurance or anything else leaving us wholly unprotected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Community Labor Partnership - Movers could have done differently?

The company needs to stop advertising as a 'labor company' because this company nor it's workers do any labor work. The people who would show up are NOT employees of the company, are NOT insured, are NOT trained and are essentially 'street corner laborers'.
