Founder Peter Woolfolk gained years of public relations experience in his hometown of Washington, DC with a White House appointment– Special Assistant/Communications, press secretary for the Presidential Inaugural Committee, Delaware presidential campaign press secretary, and a media consultant for US Surgeon General. He also worked for three senior members of Congress as a press secretary. In Nashville he was vice president of communications at Fisk University where he posted a 250 percent improvement in media placements and revitalized WFSK-FM with smooth jazz and turned it into one of Nashville’s most popular adult radio stations. After launching Communications Strategies the firm received quick recognition with high quality work.
