As Cayman’s only omnichannel media company, Compass Media brought TV back to Cayman. Buidling and launching of the Compass TV website had to demonstrate enterprise-level quality of production of the station. The website had to be easy to use, branded perfectly, and match the management's world-class vision for the station.

The Commonal team brought excellent time management, accurate forecasting, and effective problem-solving methodology during every stage of the project. Everything was delivered on time. Commonal was very responsive and fulfilled my every expectation. The team had a wealth of relevant, enterprise-level experience, communicated extremely well, were polite, efficient and easy to work with.

Despite the members' pedigree and wealth of experience with internationally-recognizable brands, the team was down-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. The outcome was well worth the investment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We engaged our Board of Directors and team in this project, setting milestones with a very ambitious schedule. At each milestone, Commonal would present to our Board, take their feedback, and make any necessary adjustments before moving on. There were a number of specific deliverables and extremely tight deadlines that drove the project, culminating in an unveiling at our Annual Conference.

From the outset, Commonal demonstrated exceptional creativity and professionalism. The project scope included a comprehensive set of deliverables. Each of these elements was crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of our brand's identity.

Despite the tight schedule, Commonal worked tirelessly and delivered every component on time. The collaboration with our Board of Directors was seamless, and Commonal ensured that the project stayed aligned with our strategic goals. The dedication and hard work resulted in a successful launch that exceeded all expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Eric, Commonal's founder, was our main point of contact and was heavily engaged throughout the entire process. Eric has a calm and collaborative approach and was incredibly responsive to our questions and feedback. The team Eric has assembled, especially Filiz, was incredibly professional and creative, and the result reflects this. We couldn't be happier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Commonal could have done differently?

I was amazed at what they were able to accomplish in such a short time and at such a high level. There are no areas where I would want to see improvement. We're continuing to work with them on other projects because the experience has been so positive and productive. While I'm sure they can deliver for any company size, they were exceptional working with our small team that had a lot of opinions but not a lot of experience in the work they were asked to perform. It was not an easy task, and they delivered in spades.
