First to market with hugely successful, extremely challenging customer-facing application that has set the standard for other airlines.  With Commerce Architect's contributions and innovations we have significantly increased customer loyalty conversion, customer satisfaction scores and, most importantly, it's just a really cool, smart application!

High-Availability Architecture: Implemented EKS clusters in production and non-production environments, improving deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Database Performance & Resilience: Deployed RDS instances with read replicas across availability zones, enhancing database availability and reducing failover time.
CI/CD Automation: Integrated AWS CodePipeline, enabling automated deployments and reducing deployment time by X%.
Network Optimization: Established Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and Next-Gen Firewall, improving network performance and security.
Security & Compliance: Centralized CloudTrail and GuardDuty logging in the Audit account, ensuring secure access controls and compliance readiness.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Commerce Architects, were able to take a non-agentic AI-based process and make it infinitely more flexible and extensible. This was really the key outcome - the application architecture / pattern mattered most to us. In addition, however, we are able to see better precision on the optimization tasks when done by the agentic workflow created by CA.
