The scope of the work also included the implementation and optimization of the live chat system for our e-commerce sites, as well as the integration of the AI-powered chat support to enable more efficient customer inquiry management.
The main tasks and deliverables for the Comm100 team were to implement the live chat system, customize the chat system, and integrate the system with our existing infrastructure. Additionally, the team was also expected to aid in the configuration and customization of the AI-powered chat system to enable the efficient management of customer inquiries such as order status, products, and other common customer support questions.,
The main goal was to provide a more efficient customer support system, and the solution was able to fulfil the expectations.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the implementation of the live chat and AI solution provided by Comm100, we were able to see the significant impact it had on our customer support services. our response time was significantly reduced. This enabled us to respond to our customers much quicker than we used to.the AI chatbot was helpful in reducing the workload of our customer support team. The solution was successful in automating a large number of repetitive customer queries. With this solution, we were able to handle more customer queries without adding more team members.,There was an increase in the level of customer satisfaction. The live chat feature was helpful in improving the conversion rate from multiple stores. The live chat feature was successful in improving our customer experience. Therefore, the solution was a worthwhile investment for our business.

In general ,my experience with Comm100 has been very positive.nevertheless,there is always room for improvement.In some cases, more advanced customization options or better documentation during the initial setup phase might make it even smoother. However, it did not significantly affect our experience with Comm100, as we found their support team to be very helpful.
