What Collins Tech delivered wasn't a prettier website or a social media calendar. It was a complete strategic rethink of how our restaurant connects with customers — from how people discover us online to the psychology behind why they choose us over every other taqueria in the area. PT brought a level of analytical rigor to a taco restaurant that most consultants reserve for companies ten times our size, and that's exactly why it worked.
