Over the years, several of their productions have earned accolades. Notably, the documentary Libérateur libéré (SRC) was selected by the Festival international du cinéma francophone en Acadie (FICFA) and was presented in Cape Breton, France, as part of the Les déferlantes francophones festival. Also, the documentary Désoriental (SRC, RDI, ARTV), which was filmed in Vietnam, was acquired by the American channel BRAVO. As for the projects Les bootleggers d'Atlantique , La famille Basque and Soldat à vie , all three received awards at the Éloizes gala for their direction.

In 2010, after her husband's death, Colette joined René Savoie at Les Productions du milieu. Over the years, she held various positions, including producer and production supervisor. Her responsibilities included preparing funding applications and following up with various funders. She also oversaw filming and handled contracts with artists and production team members.

Colette also works as an executive producer and production manager on several projects for Les Productions du milieu, including several documentaries, the recording of the show L'Acadie du monde (Unis TV), as well as the youth series Le 5e Élément (Unis TV). In fact, one of the documentaries she worked on as an executive producer, L'Acadie des frontières , was acquired by TV5 Monde. She works as a production supervisor on both seasons of the television series Les Newbies (Unis TV), co-produced with Juste pour rire TV de Montréal.

After all these years of experience, Colette decided to strike out on her own and founded her own production company. On February 6, 2017, colette productions inc. was born.
