The scope of work began with in-depth discovery sessions to understand our values, goals, and audience. From there, they developed a brand identity that included a new logo, colour palette, typography, and brand guidelines that truly reflect our mission and vision.

They then designed and built a fully custom, mobile-responsive website with a clear focus on user experience, ease of navigation, and conversion optimisation. The site includes tailored landing pages for our courses, seamless enquiry forms, integrated calls-to-action, and structured content that aligns with our services.

Honestly, we’ve been really happy with the entire process and outcome, so there’s very little we’d suggest changing. If anything, a slightly more structured post-launch handover with a user-friendly guide or video walkthrough for managing updates in the CMS would have been helpful for our internal team.

That said, any time we had a question or needed support, the team at Cold was quick to jump in and help — so even that was never a blocker. Their ongoing support has more than made up for it!

Cold helped me rebrand my whole business! First we started with the logo,moving onto my website and lastly producing my business cards! Each time, Sam produced 3 brilliant designs, 3 times for each thing, before meeting with me and taking my feedback of what I liked, to help resculpt the look I was looking for! 

Sam has produced the perfect image of my company, while being super friendly and professional along the way! Sam even come out himself to place up my signs on the premises, print the stencil in my clinic and fix up my door logo's! Can't recommend them enough!

Sam showed me when he set up my Website, how to check and analyse all the statistical data Google capture, I can use this to engage more with my target population. I have had online bookings via my website and more referrals which are coming through my contactless buisness cards!

They did deliver on time, even when they felt like there was going to be a delay, Sam would step up and come do the job himself, these being the signs, stenciles and logo's at my clinic! Cold | Digital Agency couldn't cater to my needs anymore if they tried.

Education of the process as it was carried out, learning about Google's Statistics and SEO is interesting and useful in client growth.
