WHAT WE DO
PVARA licensing and regulatory advisory. No Objection Certificate applications under the PVARA NOC Regulations 2025 (Forms A1-A8), full VASP licence acquisition across the ten Schedule I service categories, Regulatory Sandbox positioning under Section 35, AML/CFT framework build, FMU goAML registration, and Sharia advisory.
Corporate setup. SECP incorporation under the Companies Act 2017, registered office, MOA and AOA drafting, board structuring, and the eight Key Individual appointments PVARA requires.
Tax and banking. FBR registration and NTN issuance, tax compliance under Section 66 of the Virtual Assets Act 2026, and corporate bank account facilitation, historically the hardest operational step for crypto companies here.
Market launch. PR across Pakistani crypto and financial media, KOL activation, university and community programmes, and Urdu localisation.

Built in Karachi, 2023. CoinConnect started as a one-person crypto PR operation and became 50 People team leading PVARA licensing consultancy under the Virtual Assets Act, 2026. We exist so global exchanges don't need a law firm, an agency, and a local fixer to enter Pakistan. We are all three.
