What challenge were you trying to address with Cody Turk?

We wanted to create some advertising videos to show on Facebook.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They shot and produced the videos. They also helped with the content, describing the best ways for layout, content, and structure. Bringing some awesome equipment, they did everything for us.

The videos condensed a week’s worth of work into 15 seconds of a 60-second ad. They did the time-lapse filming of the constructions, filmed interviews, and added music to make it fun to watch.

Cody (Owner) has his own operation with just himself.

How did you come to work with Cody Turk?

I met Cody before when he was filming for an event that was unrelated to my business. We struck up with a conversation, and he impressed me. He’s also local.

How much have you invested with them?

It was less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As advertising, it’s hard to quantify. However, I feel like my brand was well-represented and I will hire Cody over and over again because I’m happy with his work.

How did Cody Turk perform from a project management standpoint?

He was flawless. I hate having to talk about a concept again and again. With Cody, I give him a little direction and he ran with it. It was easy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like him as a person. He’s a cool guy and makes my life easier because I’m busy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, he can’t change anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t tell him how to do his job. He knows how to make something good for you.
