I'm the founder and CEO of the company. which is a Start-up in the domain of Cloud Services.

Our company hired Codestore to develop the first version of a MVP as a proof of concept for the feasibility of the project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met the Sales rep and CEO at a Tech convention in Dubai. Decided to go with Codestore because of the confidence and flexibility the CEO showed during our encounter.

Build a subset of functionality for the product which consists of some public cloud API assessment, development of Backend microservices, and development of frontend web interface to satisfy handful of customer journeys.

3 Developers including one lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not much metrics to share because the project is on halt for now, as we need to focus more on the design and requirements detailing which was initially missed.

They were a very flexible team. Good communication with the lead developer. The team care about customer satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Flexibility and open communication with the leadership team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The company could pay more attention to the consulting side of the business as many small companies do not necessarily have clear and detailed requirements from the start; more time and effort should be captured at the start of the project in order to understand the need. - The company could invest in CLM and especially payment processing through modern online platform could help improving the invoice and payment.

After working for 10 years in IP consulting, I thought of doing my own startup.

I was looking to develop a product for searching for trademarks and making sure if a particular trademark is already registered or not. It would help in reducing the manual efforts any IP consultant goes through during the whole process.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a team that can do such kind of projects in a reasonable budget. And have expertise in software development domain.

A web based search tool was developed and delivered. We consumed a lot of publically available apis to see if the trademark of such kind is already registered or not. They used latest technologies like angular and dot net core.

So, a total of 5 members were working with me. One project coordinator, One designer, Two developers and One tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed well on time. Since a Qa was actively involved since the beginning, our time to market was significantly reduced.

They had allocated a dedicated project co-ordinator for our project. We usually had weekly scrum calls with the entire team over MS teams to monitor progress and discuss any queries they had. Also we would communicate over emails/teams to address any urgent queries. They were very prompt with their response and this ensured there were no delays to the timelines for any sprint.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their clear communication and adherence to timelines were what made this project a success. They were deeply invested in the project and would give active suggestions to make this product better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had a very smooth experience with the team and cannot think of anything i would like to change at the moment.

I'm the founder of a social media and messaging platform that generates revenue for NGOs of India.

We wanted to launch our prpduct in the market

We were time crunched as most of the companies would be and codestore solutions was on point with our timelines.

What was the team composition?

There was a team of 6 individuals working on our project. We were in communications with the project lead only.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our journey was quite smooth sailing. We had a few setbacks as our product was tech heavy and complicated. Due to the pandemic in 2020, we could unfortunately not complete our project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Inituly we had a few setbacks but then things started falling in place.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The founder was on point, understanding and had great solutions.
