Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the collaboration has been exceptional. If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to introduce a clearer visual roadmap earlier in the project — something that would help non-technical stakeholders follow progress more easily.

That said, once we’ve mentioned it, CodeSelect has quickly implemented shared dashboards and visual sprint tracking, which has solved the issue right away. Their responsiveness and adaptability have turned even minor feedback into an opportunity for improvement.

The final deliverables included a fully functional SaaS platform ready for production — complete with real-time tracking, AI-powered analytics, and a secure admin interface.

CodeSelect focused primarily on the core development and architecture of the platform. They also built the initial version of the web dashboard, including user authentication, campaign management, and performance insights. 

Our internal team handled some of the marketing website and documentation, but CodeSelect was responsible for the entire technical foundation and infrastructure that powers AlertFlow today.
