Our Story

Coder Crew was founded in 2020 and is led by Mustafa Shaheen, who runs the audit, designs the system, and writes the code. No account managers, no handoffs between the person you talk to and the person who builds it. We only take work we can put a fixed price and a date against, and we say no when automation isn't worth it yet. Every engagement starts with a paid one-week audit, refunded if we find nothing worth doing.

What Sets Us Apart

Mustafa runs the audit, designs the system, and writes the code himself. There is no account manager, no offshore handoff, and no telephone game between what you explain and what gets built. The person on your first call is the person shipping your system.

Fixed prices, published before you commit

Our prices are on our website, not held back for a discovery call. The After-Hours Answer System is $5,000 to $10,000 fixed. Builds carry a written go-live date, and if we miss it you don't pay. No hourly billing and no open-ended engagements.

A paid audit that ends in working software

Every engagement starts with one week inside your operation, ending with AI actually running a piece of your workflow, not a slide about it. The fee is credited toward the build, and refunded in full if we find nothing worth automating.

Commonly Asked Questions

The After-Hours Answer System is $5,000 to $10,000 fixed, depending on scope, installed on your existing number. Other builds — freight ops systems, lead engines, back-office automation — are scoped during the audit and quoted as a fixed price with a written go-live date before you commit to anything. Every price is published on our website rather than held back for a sales call. We don't sell hourly development, and we don't bill per call or per minute. Third-party usage costs like telephony, SMS and AI model usage are billed to your own accounts at cost, and we don't mark them up.

Because a free audit is worth what it costs. The audit is a full week of real work inside your operation, and it ends with a working demo of AI handling a piece of your actual workflow — not a slide about it, and not a proposal. Paying for it means you get an honest answer instead of a sales pitch. The fee comes back to you either way: credited in full toward the build if you go ahead, refunded in full if we find nothing worth automating. That is the point of the structure. We make our money building, and we only want to build things that pay for themselves.

You get the build fee back. The After-Hours Answer System goes live in 14 days from kickoff, and if we miss that date you don't pay for the build at all. Once it's live you get 30 days on your real calls to decide. If you don't want to keep it, we switch it off and refund the build fee, and you keep the call log and transcripts. On custom builds the go-live date is set in writing during the audit, and the same rule applies: miss the written date and you don't pay.

No. We build around the phones, CRM, spreadsheets and calendars you already use rather than making you switch systems. Rip-and-replace is a last resort, not a starting point. For freight brokerages, whether your TMS can be integrated cleanly is the first thing the audit answers — we map what your system exposes before anyone quotes a build, and we tell you plainly if it doesn't fit instead of selling you something that won't work.

Yes, and you decide when. Every system we install has a handoff rule you define: which calls go straight to a person, which ones the AI handles, and what happens after hours. It escalates exactly when you say so and never when you don't. You also get call recordings and transcripts on every call, so you can hear precisely what it says to your customers, plus a weekly one-page report so you know it's working without checking an app.
