Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Each week we had meetings with the team to evaluate the tasks to be implemented, we worked with sprints so every 2 weeks team did estimate and presented us the features to be expected on these weeks, then after successful testing by the team the features were pushed to staging environment and were tested by our side too, if it was greenlight by our side then the features were pushed to production

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mainly because of testing by our side and also the great feedback that we had from our clients about performance and features

The management and estimation of the project were correct and delivered on time. Some features were delayed because of the unexpected problems that occurred during the planning but also some features were delivered sooner than expected, these two cases were rare but understandable

The great culture of the team to approach clients, we felt valuable and also the team were too much collaborative so we had a good understanding

Of course, as a startup, the team can improve constantly as any other company, one of the things that can be improved is the organization of the meetings with clients and task delegation to the team
