We went through complete overhaul of our web application. We needed and hired codegent for following services:

Web App Development in Django backend

Integration of backend services as microservices in Docker at Google Cloud.

AI Start up scoring feature development

AI Start up and investor matchmaking 

AI recommendation system 

AI Sales agent / Pre sales agent to communicate with investors

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The updates for the progress is measured via the sprints assigned at Jira PM platform. All the scopes have been covered and succesfully delivered by the Team Codegent.

The Project was divided in 12 Milestones, consisting of Sprints and Tasks assigned via Jira where we were kept as admin and the codegent developers. All the milestones were delivered in time

I’m the founder of Takafulik, an insurtech platform that uses AI and ethical principles to provide fast, transparent, and personalized insurance solutions. We offer instant policy issuance and claims while reinvesting in socially responsible ventures.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Codegent to accomplish for Takafulik?

We needed an agency to build the entire backend of our web application and integrate the latest AI features, including an AI sales chatbot, AI insurance planner, and recommendation system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codegent has developed and maintained our backend APIs using Python and Django. The team has also integrated Google Gemini APIs for AI features, developed a chatbot with an AI agent voice sales rep using Eleven Labs APIs, and created an AI insurance planner and recommendation system. Codegent has also worked on the frontend, including our admin panel to approve new users, dashboard, and KYC system.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Codegent.

How did you come to work with Codegent?

They were referred to me. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Codegent has delivered our entire backend system with new AI features. We measure progress every day and in weekly sprints. We’ve seen improvements in API latency, uptime, and AI feature adoption rates. We’ve also seen improvements in the following KPIs:

How did Codegent perform from a project management standpoint?

Codegent’s delivery has always been on time. I have direct access to all the developers working on the project. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed with the fact that I feel like I own an in-house dedicated team.

There’s nothing they need to improve.
