Our story started with the founder traveling to India to build software for his own companies. When friends and other founders saw the speed and quality of what we were delivering, they asked us to help them build teams too—and Codebase grew from there.
We started by supporting venture-backed companies (typically $5M+ raised) where speed, quality, and tight feedback loops aren’t optional. That same delivery system is now why enterprise teams partner with Codebase for modernization, new product builds, and AI initiatives. One of our owners previously managed 1,000+ engineers.
