Our primary collaborator in creating our paid media approach has been Codebase.  In addition to establishing quarterly goals and creating solutions, they are currently creating a comprehensive document that contains Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).  They assist us in allocating our budget for digital advertisements and deciding how much to spend on each of our various social media channels.

 Codebase targets and promotes social media posts when we publish material in order to boost reach, improve site traffic, and foster social media participation.  They provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the effectiveness of our ads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Codebase has created some amazing strategy and foundational work.  We are in the process of completing an amazing and comprehensive digital playbook that will direct our future digital initiatives and advertising expenditures.  During the shift, our digital metrics remained stable, which is not often the case when switching agencies.

Compared to previous companies I've worked with, they are much more strategic; every task we complete each day advances our overarching objectives.  After conducting research and discovery to gain the greatest understanding of our business and our needs, they got right to work.  During the initial weeks of the changeover from our previous firm, they worked quickly and made sure nothing was overlooked.

They oversee our overall social media outreach and ad development efforts in addition to managing our Facebook advertising, PPC, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

About 60% of our leads when I first began here came from phone calls or in-person meetings. Currently, 80–90% of our leads come from internet searches. The difference has been made by Codebase's help with SEO and website redesigns.

They provide us with suggestions for changes during our regular meetings.  They can also be reached by email and phone.  The fact that I may send them as many emails as I desire without incurring additional fees is one of my favorite things about them.  They are incredibly pleasant and always respond to me as quickly as possible.  Their director of sales, who is always accessible to answer, will be included if the question is significant.

I enjoy that Codebase always do a site assessment.  It establishes the tone for figuring out where you stand with the company and how they can help you get better.  In addition, you will receive a foundational training on SEO.  Most businesses don't realize how important it is to have control over your SEO strategy, and it's a shifting target post.

My most recent employer had an 87% increase in organic search traffic.  At the prior organization, a sizable, well-established enterprise, search climbed by a consistent 25% annually.

They are total partners in your business and treat you as such.  Excellent, honest, and amiable business to deal with.  As you desired, they would be honest with you in order to improve the situation.  My previous company's initial audit was terrible, and in just 8 months, the changes led to an 87% year-over-year increase in organic search traffic.

• We cater to a certain clientele and operate in a niche market. Due to the failure of our outbound sales tactics, we have recently increased our inward sales efforts. In order to generate inbound leads, we sought to boost website traffic through marketing. We wanted to make it easier for prospective buyers to locate our products by optimising the search.

During the proposal stage, Codebase helped us with keyword research and came to us with 135 keywords. They also conducted a competitor analysis of the top ten results for nine of our relevant keywords.

Once we moved forward with the partnership, they performed a content gap analysis. We presented our website and shared information regarding our target clientele. We also went over our most important product lines. They analyzed three of our landing pages, shared feedback, and updated them. They worked with us to build organic SEO campaigns. They added and revised our website content and added backlinks. We plan to extend our engagement for another six months and they will continue to help us with SEO.

Our website traffic has increased by 70% since we started working with Codebase.  Better yet, conversions have increased by 233%.  The amount of visitors to our website who click the call button or submit an interest form is how we calculate conversions.  We see the benefit in money, not simply traffic, since we're having one of our finest years to date.
