With a free 20-minute call. If there is a fit, we run a €500 back-office audit to map your recurring admin work and decide what to automate first. Then we quote a fixed price for the build (from €4,000) and agree the scope in writing before we start.

Recurring back-office work: document filing, data entry between systems, invoice reconciliation, order handling, timesheets and support inbox triage. We connect to the tools your team already uses.

Your team. A person on your side approves anything important before it is sent, booked or paid. The automation does the repetitive work, people make the decisions.

We keep it running. Ongoing monitoring starts from €200/month and covers watching your live automations and adjusting them when your processes or tools change.

Our systems are built to SOC 2 controls and are GDPR aligned. We are not SOC 2 certified. We are happy to walk through how your data is handled on the first call.
