I am the Managing Partner at the Company Cratsol LLC. Our company sells IT hardware equipment.

We needed to have a competitive edge by providing a procurement pod to our customers where they can search and compare a vast range of products in one go and send us their interest via mobile app and the website.

We had a series of discovery meetings. We shared our business model and the concept. It was Code Vertics who prepared the scope of work for us. Code Vertics was commissioned to build a web based platform and a mobile application. Our partners were specific about the technology so we asked them to build the platform on .NET

A team of 9 senior resources were dedicated towards this project. They used Jira as their project management tool.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Due to covid we had to re strategize our business model but we are confident when we do our soft launch we'll be able to generate a lot of traffic.

The project manager was easy to communicate to. We had several sprints meetings. They divided the scope of work in modules and they delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very different from the other companies we met. Their team was far more experienced and the office was in Business Bay, Dubai. We also met their engineers and developers in the office.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At sometimes we felt that some tasks could have been done earlier by using some previous screens.

We started operations in December 2020 and due to pandemic we need the e-commerce app and website, we have over 100000 products, they were very professional, the account manager was the point of contact and he kept in the loop, impressed by the professionalism of the team and how they deliver the project in time.

we worked on slack and they were updating me every mile stones we had a meeting every week scrum meeting where i was updated on deliverables and milestones

they can improve on the customer followup, i think they overdone it
