Coaching Essence

I worked in the Human Resources function as a professional and manager for 20 years before taking extensive training in professional coaching and management coaching. Since 2010, I accompany managers and future managers in individual coaching or training in Masters programs and MBA as a teacher at Laval University in Quebec City and Montreal. I founded Coaching Essence in 2010, at the service of the professional achievement of leaders or individuals who have a challenge of team mobilization towards performance, a relationship management challenge for successful alliances, or a challenge of agility in a career transition or optimization of a professional project. I also have a great interest in supporting Resilience strategies that allow you to bounce back, by going beyond certain personal or organizational limits. The many years of experience in coaching managers within the HR function make me a coach who understands the reality of his clients while being able to guide them to their own resources to achieve the goals that are important to them.
