My corporate and executive clients are motivated, engaged and committed to their own growth and development. 

Together, we work through both transactional and transformational aspects of leading a business, i.e. vision, strategic objectives, daily operations, achieving quick wins and gaining momentum for larger, more inspirational goals. 

Working with coaches is another passion of mine. I tailor my approach with each coach to enhance their effectiveness through supervised sessions and feedback on coaching core competencies, developing a strong personal foundation and helping them grow their business. 

I believe it is important to connect to our passion and what is true and courageous inside of us and putting that in service to others. We all have a song to sing that is unique to us. It gives me joy to support individuals to connect to that gift and put it out into the world.

How I coach

My coach approach is direct and caring. I ask my clients to "go deep" so they can truly get in touch with their potential. This means delving into limiting beliefs, values, needs that are not met, life habits, strengths and growth opportunities, and exploring how we can bring all that you are into alignment. 

I will point out if/when we go down "deflective tunnels" to avoid facing fears, and by coming to understand the dynamics of blocks and obstacles rather than pushing through them. We will address bad attitudes and resistance. We will explore opportunities for action.

I don't know the answers and sometimes you won't have the answers either, but I am committed to joining you in uncharted territory to find the answers together. The point is to increase your self-awareness, understand the impact you have on others, identify what courageous actions you are ready and willing to take now.
