    Our Story

    Liz Whitney and Ally Jones (our co-founders) first met in March 2021 while collaborating on a global leadership programme for Checkout.com. Neither knew it at the time, but that partnership would spark something special. By November 2022, both were eager to keep building together. They’d seen firsthand the impact of great coaching (both as executive coaches and having been coached), as well as the cost of poor leadership. And so, Coachable was born.

    Each project and client is different so we adapt our approach to suit the client's brief. We have flagship leadership programmes which suit 90% of customers that can be customised to give it a unique flavour for your brand, culture and people challenges. For enterprise level clients, we also design programmes from scratch - exploring your learning needs and creating truly bespoke learning experiences which drive real behaviour change.

    For a bespoke project we start with an intro call to understand your brief, then undertake a lightweight discovery process to understand your challenges, learners and unique cultural signals that we can use to shape a learning experience that feels truly you. For bespoke programmes we'll design outline plans and sessions and test these with you and your stakeholders to get feedback. We then move into development and planning for rollout which includes comms planning, marketing and supporting your L&D team to drive engagement. We'll brief our coaches on your programme and train them in the content, then iterate as we learn what lands in the pilot sessions. For 1-1 Coaching, we'll have an intro call with your leader to explain the process, then they can select from our team of coaches for chemistry calls. We can include a 360 report and a triad with their boss for sponsor oversight. We provide a dashboard so you can track progress through the process over 12 months. Programmes are 6 x 90 min sessions over 12 months.

    This totally depends on the type of programme. For our flagship programmes we can go live in 4-6 weeks from briefing to the first session. For Bespoke programmes we typically need 3 months minimum depending on the complexity of the content and how much exists already in our library. Coaching can be arranged within days.

    We have a scalable team of trusted executive coach facilitators who run our programmes across multiple clients and geographies which gives us the scale to work with multiple companies, programmes and individuals at any one time.
